Audio from synced proxy files not playing on timeline

Hello. As the subject says, I have some proxy files (pro res 422 LT 24 fps 1080p) on my timeline that have audio synced and imbedded, but there is no sound when scrubbing or when playing back regularly along the timeline. There IS audio playback if I click on a single file in the media pool and it plays in the monitor window. The proxy files are all 24 fps and the timeline settings are set to 24 fps. Any ideas what might be going on?

A Mixer setting maybe? That will only affect the timeline, not the Source Viewer.

Changing the audio track from 2.0 to 5.0 did the trick! Thank you for the hint.
