If you are experienced with MacOS and it needs to be a laptop, I'd go for Apple M1.
If you can wait, I'll test a Asus ProArt next week under Resolve against my MacBook (if it get's through, still stuck with FedEx).
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.

Studio 18.6.6, MacOS 13.6.6, 2017 iMac, 32 GB, Radeon Pro 580
MacBook M1 Pro, 16 GPU cores, 32 GB RAM and iPhone 15 Pro
Speed Editor, UltraStudio Monitor 3G

For this work? No.

A Windows Desktop is the best idea. ;)
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Second that, that's why I wrote if you need a laptop.
But then, monitor this forum closely to always find the right GPU driver.

I think a M1 desktop is the best idea...
*MacMini M1 16 Go - Ext nvme SSDs on TB3 - 14 To HD in 2 x 4 disks USB3 towers
*Legacy MacPro 8core Xeons, 32 Go ram, 2 x gtx 980 ti, 3SSDs including RAID
*Resolve Studio everywhere, Fusion Studio too

It depends. If you need any extra cards, it's not.
Even if it seems that cards other than an eGPU work in external boxes (not tested here).

Ok,
unfortunately, i cant go for desktop because i work in a lot of places and i am travelling all the time.
a couple questions: i am very new to all this, not experienced or nerdy and i wont film with the best resolution for the most time (dont know if this has an influence). i dont need the Most advanced computer, just a minimal strong that is fluid and doesnt break when editing.

Someone recommended de gaming computer HP VICTUS 16-e0320nd with the spec's:

Processor
AMD Ryzen 7 octacore

Video card chipset
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
Video card RAM
4GB

(RAM)
16 GB
storage
512 GB

sharpness: full HD (1080p)

is this enough info?

thank you so much guys. this is a great forum.

It’s a laptop, has a Nvidia 3070 and I get it for a limited time to review.
