Automatic start of an animation in Fusion

PostSat May 28, 2022 5:54 pm

Hello, here is a question about the Fusion Page:
I made a graphic animation that should be extended by a second animation. The second animation should start exactly when the first animation ends. The start of the second animation should therefore be independent of the playhead position in the timeline. Is there an Expression or a "Modify with" for this?

I need the coupled animations because I want to use them multiple times in the project - and don't want to keyframe the second animation every time. This is namely exactly the same every time.

If anyone has a solution for this, that would be great. Thanks.

You can use AnimCurves to set the animation for the first part to finish say halfway, then set up the AnimCurve for the second animation to start at the midway point then finish at the end. If you do this in an Adjustment Clip, then no matter how you resize it, the first one will end at the halfway point, and the second one will start at the middle.
