You appear to have the current AMD 22.3.1 Adrenaline driver installed and that should work with the RX480 GPU.

Run the AMD driver installer again, and select the Factory Reset option. That should fix it.

If not, send a new Resolve log, and send a System Information .NFO file. You've sent a .txt file and that's not helpful. With System Information open, select File - Save (Not File - Export) to create the .NFO file.

With the NFO file, I can now see you have a display connected to an onboard Intel iGPU connector.

Any displays on the system must be connected to the RX480 card. Move the display to the RX480 card, and hopefully that works. If not, send another Resolve log and NFO file.

I did the factory reset thing. I also don't have a display connected to the Intel UHD graphics. I'm still getting the problem that the OP stated but with my RX580

In a File Explorer window, go to:

C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve

and run CaptureLogs

This will place a Resolve log file named similar to this on your Windows desktop: DaVinci-Resolve-logs-20181228_140434.zip (You may not see the .zip extension if your system is set to hide known extensions).

Then open Windows System Information and do a File - Save (Not a File Export), which will generate a .NFO file.

Place both those files on a file sharing site and provide links to the files here.

If you are a new Forum user, you may not be allowed to post URLs. If this happens, just put a space near the front of the URL, so the system doesn't think it's a URL.
