The second screenshot provided even looks less like a dual-screen-issue, rather like a «Workspace->Video Clean Feed» question.
I don't like answers like that, but did you radically remove you GFX-drivers including all settings and reinstalled it clean from scratch? Might fix at least some of those ridiculous Window-10-is-for-Microsoft-Surface-only-idocracy-issues. Also, your setting might allow to reorder the plugs of your display-GFX-connections. I'm used to quite a lot of multi-monitor-issues with Windows 10, but at least DaVinci behaves quite well: »Workspace->Full Screen Window» impacts the very display the DaVinci-Window was on when the command was applied, not influenced by the question which dispay was elected 'primary' (traditionally declaring that display being the 'Full Screen Device', nowadays declaring where to relocate the Task Bar).
Hey Björn, sorry to get back late even though you're trying to help. My messages keep needing approval. But what I mean by "full screen" is when press ctrl+f, you can make the video feed go full screen to see it better. The problem is that pressing ctrl+f used make that video feed go full screen on my main monitor (on the right) on version 17, but it goes to the left vertical second monitor (on the left, second picture) on version 18. But I want it to behave the same way as it did in version 17, full screen to the main monitor.
As for GFX drivers, I use DDU before installing, so I can have a clean install with no issues.
