Currently, you have no project databases. I don't know if you had any previously, and I don't know why you don't have the default Local Database.
If you have no current projects you care about, and you just want to start using that version of Resolve, create a new Disk database,
Click the New Database button in the lower left.
In the New Database window that opens, select the Create tab.
Leave Type set to Disk.
In the Name area, enter a name for the database.
In the Location area, click with your mouse cursor. A Finder window will open. Select your Documents folder. Then click the New Folder button in the lower left of the Finder window. Give the new folder the name of your database and click Create. Then click Open. Then click Create in the New Database window.
You should now have a database with that name in the Disk area. It should be selected. And in the Projects area should be a selected project called Untitled Project. You can open that to start working, or you can click the New Project button and make a new project.
