Resolve crashing for over a year now, nothing helps

I started using Resolve with version 16 and used it for quite some time. I always had small instabilities, like a crash once an hour. But then it got more to the point at which the program was crashing right after loading any project. Here is what I tried:

- Resetting everything to default: BIOS, Windows, Drivers, GPU settings;
- Different drivers old and new
- Different files, locations, drives
- Disabled GPU acceleration
- Windows 10 and 11
- Version 17 and 18 is crashing, no difference
- Resolve is crashing on two different systems! Both are AMD based, but different components all around.

Just as an update: at least on my MacBook Resolve is working, but very slow and stuttering. There I use the same drive and files, so its not related to that.

Can someone tell me what section in the log says something about the crash itself?

What is your source media codec, frame rate, resolution?
What is your timeline frame rate, resolution?

Which model and year Mac?

Im using the same settings on the Macbook Pro (2019) as on the windows PCs. I can also create a new project with an already rendered file and it still would crash. I dont see a connection to the timeline, frame rate and codec as it crashes for any variation.

The last project was from a GoPro 9, 60fps, h264, 2.7k resolution. All these settings work fine on the MacBook, but not on Windows.
