I have a similar issue:
I am based in Europe, I successfully activated my BM Cloud subscription.
My editor is also European, but is based in Asia. He is not able to create a cloud account. I am unable to share my cloud library with him. We both have a full studio license of Davinci Resolve.
Edit:
regardless of the region my editor chooses, it keeps saying "Invalid sign up" in red letters. He is using the same email account which he used to register his Resolve license with.
Any help would be much appreciated!
