Davinci Resolve Will Not Open

I've been using DaVinci Resolve for the past couple of months with no issues until yesterday when it kept crashing then suddenly refused to open (while using DaVinci Resolve version 18.0.3).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried updated to the latest version (18.0.4) and I even tried installing version 17.4.6.4 and still will not open.

I've restarted my computer many times during this process.

Unfortunately, I cannot get a direct log from DaVinci - when I try to it says:
zip I/O error: No such file or directory
zip error: Could not create output file (C:/Users/sammr/Desktop/DaVinci-Resolve-logs-20221004_ 72312.zip)

But I pulled this application log:

I also verified in Task Manager that DaVinci is not open at all.

Please let me know if there's any other information I can provide to help figure out what the issue is.
I've been searching these forums, YouTube videos, everywhere I can think to look and haven't found a solution so any help will be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, we're going to need the Resolve log as well. Sometimes the NFO is all we need, but not in this case.

The log error is due to having your Desktop on OneDrive.

Unzip the attached file.

The zip contains this file: CaptureLogsOneDrive.bat

Copy this file to C:\Program Files\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve

Then run CaptureLogsOneDrive.bat

This should create the log file.
