everything was working fine yesterday but today it keeps asking for my serial number. i put in the serial number that is in my email and this is the error i get. I have tried reinstalling 18.1.1 and even uninstalled and reinstalled the program in its entirety to no avail. i spoke to a support rep who said it was my internet and had me try switching between different wifi's and even had me run a cable from the router to my computer also to no avail.
he ultimately said there was nothing he or black magic can do and the call ended. has anyone else experienced this? im at a complete loss here....

yup tried both methods... to no avail... support had me install on another computer and try again (on the same network) and it worked. however, thats on a surface pro and not ideal. not sure what changed from the day before when the program worked just fine....
