Edit logo only on camera streams in sequence

Hi,
I get files from an atem extreme iso recording, separate camera files and a Timeline of the whole live editing.
In the sequence they also edit PowerPoint slides into.
Now we want to put a corner logo on top of the whole film, BUT NOT onto the slides. So is there a simple way to put the logo only on the camera streams and not onto the PowerPoint slides? Of course we could put it on a layer above the whole sequence and cut it out on the slide segments, but this takes time to identify them...
Any ideas?

That's the best way I can think of.

Find the camera source clips and give them a Clip colour in the Media Pool.
Now they are easy to see on the timeline. Use the method you described. There is no automatic way.

Put your logo on a track above your main video track, then, now I’m not sure if this step can easily be done, but select only the slide clips and move them to a track above the logo track.
