Voice isolation and removal

How to carry out the reverse transformation and remove the isolated voice?

And would It work for taking the voices out a song ?
I always work with instrumental music ( the best fitted is not not so easy to find ).

That's a cool idea. iZotope RX has a mechanism for separating vocals from percussion, base, instrumental (IIRC) so that you can remix 4 separate tracks. I don't know if this could also be used to simply remove the dialog - probably. My point is that there exists a precedent for this feature.
