VST3 Plug-Ins Not Available in Fairlight

Hello All:

I am using DRS 18.1.2 operating under MacOS 13.2 on an MBP M1 Max. I recently purchased Acoustica Premium 7.4.7. I was able to load the VST and AU plug-Ins but not the VST3. I have the correct path /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Acon Digital located in Audio Plug-Ins but the VST3 plug-ins never show-up as being available.

Any thoughts on how I can resolve this problem?

Are both the VST2.4 and VST3 formats installed or only one format?

I am unable to distinguish whether they are VST, VST2.4 or VST3. Here are a couple of screen shots.

Navigate to the following paths and remove duplicates - retain the VST3 format plugins and remove the VST2.4 plugins from the respective path.

VST2.4: Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST
VST3: Library/Audio/Plug-ins/VST3
