Missing effects

Hi everybody.

I´ve got a problem with Davinci Resolve.
I can´t apply any effect because when I try it the message "media offline" appears on screen.

Can somebody help me?

What version of Resolve, and is it Free or Studio? What OS, amount of RAM, and GPU are you using? What is the source, resolution, and codec used for your video clips?

I'm using Davinci Resolve 18.1.2 free version.

.....and what is the source of your video clips?

Correct me if I'm wrong y'all but I believe what you are getting is an "error code" meaning that the effect you are trying to apply is NOT compatible with the video/picture you are trying to apply it to. I get that quite often my self and have found that to be the reason.

Disable caching and see if it goes away.
I don't think it has anything to do with effects - Resolve is missing i.e. can't find the source video.

I've tried but don´t repair the problem. Also I´ve installed 18.1.3 version and don´t repair the problem.
I´ve installed 17.4.5 BUILD version and the problem is fixed.
