followers and character range, not working properly

When I try to change the mode to character range ( timing , range: character range) to only animate specific characters with the follower modifier, all characters in the text animate, not the selected ones. How to make it work and animate only selected characters? I am changing the rotation parameter in shading

I found how fix it, found a workaround for this problem
