Is recommended to have always connected the Speed Editor to USB?
can this damage the battery?

Thanks!

As the Bluetooth on my PC is not that good I always have the SE connected by cable. I don't think it will cause any damage to the battery.

Modern rechargeable batteries like the ones in the SE should have a MCU controlled charger so it shouldn't be a problem leaving them plugged in. However that does assume the SW has been properly designed. However as the SE has a few serious design flaws I can't be 100% certain. That said mine has been continuously plugged in for a couple of years with no apparent ill effects.
