Unusual Chromatic Issue.

I have a weird issue... But I don't want to have to convert to a different file type every time. It's only a frame or 2, but it seems to happen with some MOV files. Drivers are up to date.

I take it that you are using the free version of Resolve. This picture error is the result of trying to play a 10bit file in the free version which only supports 8bit. Normally you wouldn't see a picture but recent versions of Resolve have been doing this. You have two options, upgrade to the Studio version or transcode to 8bit using either Handbrake or Shutter Encoder.
