Resolve sometimes reopens the wrong project upon launch

Lately I've been seeing that, if I have fast switching and Reload last working project on startup enabled, the second-most-recent rather than most recent project will be loaded after restarting Resolve. This has happened quite a few times now so I'm sure it's not pilot error.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Yeah, that makes me nervous as well. There's always the slim possibility of running into a corrupted project, and now if Resolve wants to open the LAST project opened, it'll grab the corrupted one instead of just presenting you with the Project Manager window.

I get that you guys don't like the feature. Still - the feature should work correctly.

Was that 'most recent' opened as a second project while another was already open?

I opened one project, then a second, then went back to the original, then quit.
Restarting results in the "middle" project opening.

if you go back to a project and make no change, maybe we are not seeing that as current, compared to one you have changed.

That could be. Hopefully that much is an easy fix!

Nope that's not it. Was editing for an hour, restarted Resolve, and the wrong project was reopened.
