All versions of resolve wont open

Every time i try to open any version of davinci resolve it runs as a background process for a second or two then closes, i have tried everything on the internet and am now seeking help here

so i saw on another forum here that changing the preferences file to preferences.old would work, so i did, and it opened, but when i finish the setup process, i get this error message

I have a Ryzen 5 3600
16 GB of Ram
Radeon RX 6700 XT
and im on Windows 10

Issac, there have been problems with AMD drivers. Have a read of this thread, especially the later posts.https://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=180252
