Voice isolation changes after render

Hey folks, weird problem. on 18.6 when I render out the voice isolation effect the strength diminishes significantly. There's no noise in the timeline I play back, but almost all the original noise is there in the rendered files. Any good tips?

By which method is the deliverable produced? Deliver page with individual Clips?

Is the “Render timeline effects” option enabled in the Video tab?

Thanks for the suggestion Reynaud, I was indeed rendering to individual clips. Once I render a single clip it works. Seems like a bug, or is that expected behavior?

Individual Clips follows a rushes workflow (i.e. source audio is used rather than Timeline audio) unless the “render timeline effects” preference is enabled.

Looking for a solution, i've found this thread.
In fact i was having similar issues after update to 18.6. in my case video fade in/out and color correction did not render.
Unfortunately 'render timeline effects' has no effect. of course i can mark every clip and render range but that's just a looong workaround.
