Very Slow export with 18.6

Updated to 18.6 and exporting is very slow. I can actually add the log file. Do i have the wrong hardware or settings?

"Very slow" is highly subjective. If you provide some details about hardware, media, timeline and Delivery settings, we might compare the render speed you're getting to similar environments.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

It takes 10 min + to render 1 min timeline with text and a few fusion comps...
