The three specs to examine are VRAM, CUDA Cores and Memory Interface.
The 4060Ti wins on the first two, but the 3060 wins on the last.
It's also worth noting that the 4060Ti is only PCIe x8, whereas the 3060 is a more typical PCIe x16.
How all this plays out in real world performance, I don't know. Would the 4060Ti, costing about 40% more, deliver 40% better performance?
Even if it doesn't, would the increased VRAM of the 4060TI still be worth it? (It might.)
