Dolby Patching Not Saved?

PostSat Sep 30, 2023 7:05 am

Apologies for the repetition but my issue is getting buried in a lengthy topic, so here it is again.

If anyone has the patience:

1 create a new project; enable Atmos
2 create a new timeline with 1 video and 8 mono audio tracks
3 find any suitable piece of audio
4 divide the audio track into eight segments, one per track, so as to test the channels
5 link the tracks as Atmos 5.1.2
6 test
7 change project or close Resolve
8 retest

In my experience the Bed tracks are no longer patched. I'm on PC, by the way.

This seems to have been a local problem. After a thorough re-install, deleting all and sundry, things are working properly: DVR was innocent.
