OMF workaround?

I know this is kind of an old topic as OMF is apparently not really the standard anymore but how are we currently using that workflow? We have an audio editor, who edits in Audition, and wants all of the tracks, along with a low rez video. The external audio process from Fairlight works perfectly except that it doesn’t, of course, carry a video which makes it useless. How do we get a video with the individual tracks out for external editing of the audio?
