[Solved] Not able to open any project

PostWed Nov 01, 2023 11:36 pm

I got a sudden issue.

Each time I try to open a project, DRS stays forever to load it.
If I open an empty project it opens, ut any footage I import, is not visible into the preview and program sectors.

There is not any preview of films or images any longer as well into the MEdia tab

How can I investigate what's wrong please?

Without opening up a project, go under the Resolve Help menu and choose "Create Diagnostics Log on Desktop," park that on a file-sharing service, and post the link here so the support team can check it out.

You might also provide all the info: which hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, disk I/O)? What specific version of Resolve? What OS? What source file codec? What timeline resolution? What framerate? How does your drive rate with Blackmagic Speed Test? Which GPU drivers are installed?

Please here the link to the Diagnostic Log
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FjWSAb ... sp=sharing

Here the .NFO

Time line resolution: not matter: because I can't even watch any footage on the Media tab so when I import them: not anything is visible. It doesn't even go in play.

It sounds like a windows OS update has messed things up.

Is this a local project library?
Can you try a GPU driver update, or revert to a backup OS version?

Thank you Peter really so much.
Drivers update (since the last heavy issue there were only the ones via windows update and not any longer the adrenaline).

Now it works. Thanks a gai a lot.
