Zoom on retime curves

PostSun Oct 13, 2019 9:26 am

Hi,

I want to do some finer work with the retime curves. Unfortunately I am at the moment unable to zoom in or find any other way to make it more usable. the curve is almost flat so the smallest move makes a way too drammatical change.

Any way to make it more usable?

Change the values directly in the Inspector?

Changing the value of the keyframe would change the curve.

I think Jean want to change curve form otherwise it doesn't make sense to use the curve editor.
Curves in Edit tab definitely should be improved.

It is about 5-6 centimeters tall on my screen which is plenty useable, you can activate retime controls at the same time which give you a more accurate representation of what you are doing (I can't seem to get the inspector to work) I am on resolve 16. There is also fusion that has amazing curve and keyframe control.

Do you get anything more usable than this? Cause the line is pretty flat and as soon as I slightly move it it goes allover the place, making it unusable.

Have you tried left-clicking and dragging left and right on the time indicator under where it says Retime Frame?

I'm having a similar issue with position keyframes. I'm stuck at a scale of -4320px ←→ 4320px, and I can't edit my animation because of that.
