Importing media on timeline issue

First of all, sorry in advance for my english.
It's my first time here so I'll try my best to do it properly.

So yesterday I edited on Resolve 16 all the day without any issue. But this morning it was impossible to import a media in the timeline. When it's a video with audio (4K mp4 h264 from un DJI Osmo Pocket) I can only import audio. When it's an image (jpg, png, etc) I have the forbidden icon on my mouse.

I do some tests:

• When I create a new project I don't have the issue.
• When I dupplicate an existing media (video and audio) already in my timeline it's fine (I have the video and audio).
• When I export my project (from projectr manager) and import it as a new project I have the same issue.
• When I open another old project (all my old project are from Resovle15, it's my first on Resolve16) I don't have this issue.
• When I export my timeline in aaf format and import it in a new project I don't have the issue (but I loose all my colorgrade, transform, etc).

I search on goole and here but I don't find anything like this (maybe I use the wrong key words).

i7 5820K - 32Go RAM - 2x 1080Ti
DaVinci Resolve 16 Free

It’s likely a different format to the other and not Supermicro in the free version.
Post a link to a sample so someone can check.

I don't think it's a different format issue. All I have in my timeline are from my OSMO Pocket.
To be more precise on the second point of my list, it's when I copy/paste a clip ALREADY in my timeline that it's ok, but if I try to drag and drop a media (which is already on my timeline) I have the issue. But Resolve can play and edit the clip already in my timeline, but can't import this same clip again. It's very weird.

I tried to create a new timeline and copy/paste all of my edit and it's good (I can add media again) but I don't know why my first timeline can't accept new image or video.

What do you mean by "post a sample"? I must export a .drp? or something else?
