16Final better Performance as 16.1Final

I noticed that 16.1 takes much longer to start for the same project as 16. When I start both versions on the computer. 16.1 takes 1min15sec in the average and 16 just 26-32sec.I tested it several times. Also working in the program is much slower. Switching between the tabs but also switching to full screen in color is laggy. Playback performance is also slower, I noticed. Even when tracking (planar fusion), it is slower in 16.1.Have everything tested several times.Someone noticed the same?
