How you calibrate will depend on your calibration hardware and what delivery medium you are trying to match. But regardless of the target, the process will be the same as for any other app because Resolve is not sending a "video" signal, it's just a fullscreen preview window being drawn to screen by the OS.
Put more simply, if you are delivering for broadcast, calibrate that display for REC709. If you're delivering online, calibrate for sRGB. And forget about HDR, at least for now.
Many are going to tell you not to use this feature for judging color. While it is certainly true it has a wider margin of error compared to a more "professional" pipeline, a calibrated, decent quality monitor, will get you most of the way there, and is perfectly serviceable for a wide variety of projects.
