Is R16 more stable than R16.1.1 ?

Is upgrading from 16 a good idea now, or is it better to wait for the next bugfixes?

Some reports point in that direction, but the most important thing is using the right driver if you are running DR on a PC with Nvidia. Use the studio driver 431.86, not the latest.
No, an iGPU is not enough, and you can't use HEVC 10 bit 4:2:2 in the free version.

In my experience, 16 and 16.1.1 are stable with the NVIDIA driver that Uli mentioned. 16.1 was so unstable I dropped back to 16.1b3 after just a few hours.
