Fairlight distorted Bounce

When I bounce my mix to a track it is always very distorted with many dropouts and clicks.
Switching FX and plug-ins off has no influence.

I'm having the same problem.
I'm hitting -20 on the output. no plugins.8 tracks of voice (counting in unison)
Bounce to track is distorted.
