Davinci Resolve crashing while dragging videos into timeline

My laptop is working very fine with lots of ram free. The davinci worked well till last week. Suddenly, it got an issue that it's crashing while dragging videos to the timeline. So I updated it into latest version. but still the issue is not solved. My system performance is good. Please help to fix it.
