Davinci Resolve 15 vanished on me?!

Just to preface, please excuse a complete lack of tech savvy when it comes to the little things. So after having closed Davinci following some otherwise seamless editing, upon attempting to return to it, I discovered the shortcut icon was no longer on my desktop. There was an icon however (in a different place) for the Davinci Program Server. I deleted this shortcut though as I didn't need it (hopefully).
I've attempted to locate Davinci by searching for it within my computer (C drive) but there's so many options for Davinci related folders, and none of them seem to be the program itself.
If anyone knows how I can access the program again (complete with all the work I had on it in an ideal world) it would be so greatly appreciated. This infernal mystery is a real head scratcher.
