Resolve 16 doesn't start

Hi
I'm having problem to start Davinci Resolve - the app has crashed once I've been changing default folder for optimised files in media pool.

I've re-installed the app but it doesn't start. I did check GPU and other drivers, nothing helped.

Can you help somehow?
I have DxDiag.txt and DaVinci-Resolve-Logs - but have no idea how to add them to this post.

Unfortunately the Nvidia Quadro 2000 in your system is not suitable for DaVinci Resolve as it does not support the CUDA 3.0 framework and is quite underpowered. Please consider a current model GPU.

Yeap, but it was working until week ago. Was there any update that raised requirements for GPU?
