Drop down menu appears out of frame

So,
as the title says: Drop down menu appears out of frame... (well.... at-least the bottom half part of it)

I work on a 4K monitor and there is a 150% scaling which is recommended by Windows (10).
but even if I change the sizing to 100% it doesn't fix the issue. so... it's not the solution here.

any ideas?

(working on Resolve Studio 16, Win 10, 4K monitor)

Still no answer from anybody on any forum. Wondering if i am the only one to experience this bug.

One thing i can add is that alert windows such as “save as” and “new timeline” also appears half out of the frame in the bottom part of the screen. Which makes me think maybe Resolve misinterpreting the space of the screen.

But how on earth can i fix this.
It became almost impossible to Work at some point.
