Controls for adjustment layer

Add plz controls for adjustment layer on Edit tab. It's better for transitions. Adjustment layer is more flexible than fusion transitions. And make the adjustment layers remember markers and colors in the Power-box. Or make adjustment layers so that you can save them as transitions in the effects tab.

Add the ability to create folders, sort them, and when adding an adjustment layer or transition, a file is created along the specified path.
