Since I updated to 16.2, every Frame.io clip I drag stays media offline. I can hear it but stays media offline. No matter the length. Frame.io cache is set to desktop folder for testing.

Hello, Robert,

is precisely the issue. Often desktop has special permissions and may not allow for the application to create and modify folders and items within without explicit user involvement.

Chose a different location, ideally make a new folder in something like Movies, or Documents, and point Resolve to it.
Save, then restart Resolve session

Hi Dmitry. I created a folder on Movies folder and it helped. The only thing is that now long clips at some point it appears offline. For example a 10 min long it load about 7 min only. The last 3 appears offline.

Thank you for letting us know.
We will investigate your report regarding the longer clips not loading fully

I have the same issue.
Also, imported markers are empty.

I’ve had the same issue and I’ve manually downloaded the clip from Frame.io and replaced the cached file with the one I’ve downloaded.

THX.

That's a solution for a few files, but not if you have dozens of clips with comments to work on.
Does it work correct for anybody?

Another Bug on the frame.io integration is that sometimes using quick export, it doesn't show the projects at all.
