Getting error when cloning C-Fast card to hard drive on PC

Hello, the last two times I tried cloning footage from my C-Fast card to my hard drive through Davinci Resolve Clone Tool on PC, I have gotten ERROR messages before it even starts cloning. It goes to 0% for a second then to error immediately. It's weird because I haven't changed anything and I used to be able to clone all the time without issue. The first time I got these error messages I tried it on my MacBook instead of pc and it worked, so I figured it was a format issue. I formatted the card to ExFat and now I'm trying to clone this new footage and getting error messages again on my PC. What could be causing the issue? How can I troubleshoot? Didn't find anything about this problem online, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
C-Fast: AngelBird 256gb (formatted ExFat)
Camera: BMPCC 4K
PC: Windows 10
Resolve: 16.2

What's the error message?

Literally just says ERROR in red where it would usually say the percentage of cloning or Completed in green.

I've tried cloning to all of my drives including 3 externals and C drive, and have tried plugging in the C-fast card reader into different usb ports on the PC. Nothing works, Im so lost here. Please any help on this?

Could it be a problem with the card reader, even though it works on Mac?

Those readers can be very critical, yes. Try another one if you can.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
