Best way to deal with motion tracked call out titles

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know what's the best way to deal with multiple call out titles (with motion tracking) in one DaVinci Resolve project. My plan was to create a Text+ template in Fusion and to use this template throughout the whole video - series of videos actually. So I wanted to just copy these "Text+ clips", change the text and do the motion tracking for the video layer above. I don't really know how to do this to be honest. Or more precisely: every way I can think of is really inefficient.
I have to admit, I just recently started to use Resolve (and Fusion within Resolve) so it's possible I'm just not familiar enough with this great software yet and that's why I'm looking for the answer here. Hope you can help ;) .

Thanks Jim, it was useful but I'm still not sure how to deal with this.

What exactly are you having trouble with? Are you able to create the text and can't track the footage and have the text follow it? Are you having trouble saving text templates for later use?

You read the full text and completed all the lessons for both The Beginner’s Guide to DaVinci Resolve 16 and Fusion Visual Effects with DaVinci Resolve 16?

I was asking how other people are dealing with multiple callout titles in a video because I'm not sure how to ask what I'm missing and I have a feeling if I see how this is done by others, it would click for me. But I'm trying to explain.
What I would expect roughly:
1. I'm creating the callout title in the Fusion tab
2. Saving it as a template with the properties/slides/expressions/etc. I want to edit in the Edit tab
3. Then applying this template on a top layer (so not on the video directly if possible)
4. Adjusting the parameters, amend the text, etc.
5. Do the motion tracking somehow (in the Edit page if possible)
6. Copy, paste, repeat step 3-5
So ideally after the template is saved, I shouldn't need the Fusion tab anymore.
+ extra: it would be nice to create a dynamic callout title but I would like to understand this step first. If you search for "How to Create a Dynamic Callout Effect in Davinci Resolve 15 and 16" on YouTube, you can find what I mean by a dynamic callout title (I can't post URL's, sorry).

No but I went through every relevant videos (Introduction to Editing, Fusion VFX and Graphics, Fusion VFX in 3D, Managing Media & Delivering Content). I'm personally not a big fan of learning from books, especially if we are talking about softwares. I have much better (and faster) understanding from videos.

Here's some of the 3rd party companies selling inexpensive Resolve/Fusion title packages, including call-out titles:

https://www.filmic.bg/product/30-animat ... i-resolve/
https://groundcontrolcolor.com/products ... tors-vol-1
https://jayaretv.com/collections/davinci-resolve-titles
http://kerrygarrison.com/davinci-resolve-title-pack-1/
https://www.messiah-resolve.com/
https://motionarray.com/browse/davinci- ... -templates
https://resolve-transitions.com/
https://www.themodernfilmmaker.com/prod ... tle-reveal

I've tried a few of them, and they're all a bit "fiddly" in that they do require time and effort to learn and understand. In most cases, the companies do provide reasonable support and in some cases, even have tutorial videos showing you how to change and adjust the templates for your specific needs. I won't give a plug to any of them (and I paid retail for all of them), but I'd say the JayAre, Filmic, and Messiah titles seemed to do the job OK.

Thanks for all the feedback and help.
I just gave up on motion tracking, exported the animation from Fusion with macro and saved it basically as a text template and it works fine. Adjusting the position of the points are not really snappy but at least it works. I wanted similar function in Premiere Pro and this is not possible there and according to their customer service, they are not working on this function at all. So I am already more satisfied here :)
