Add two nodes. In one after inserting the code, I press Enter, in the other I do not press. As a result, where there is no space bar, there are no scroll bars and the system freezes. This only happens if I insert 10 lines.

The minimum requirements for Resolve are clear: 16 GB of RAM, 32 GB if you use Fusion.

Your graphics card has 2 GB of VRAM - which also needs to be improved on if you're working with Fusion a lot.

Now I have 4GB of video memory and 8gb mam.
It's not about the hardware. Everything works fine if you insert 11 lines or higher. If exactly 10, this problem appears. My friend has 16 GB of RAM and 8 GB of video memory and he has exactly the same problem.

post or PM your code so we can check what is causing this
