2 Basic Questions for Fusion

So, I have quite a bit of experience in other compositing programs like AE and Combustion.

In Fusion, how do you slo-mo a clip?

In Fusion, how do you change the starting point of a single clip in a composite. Not the length of the total composite. I just want to start one clip 45 frames later but nothing doing.

Hi,

are you talking about Fusion Standalone or Fusion-in-DaVinci?

If you are in DaVinci, you could right-click on your clip on the edit page and choose "Change clip speed".
In Fusion Standalone you can add the node "Miscellaneous -> TimeSpeed".

For a changing starting point of one clip you could open the "Keyframes" panel and either keyframe your effect, or drag the start and end of your single clip.

Hi Thomas, thanks for the quick response! To be precise, I am trying to work in Fusion inside of Davinci Resolve, not the stand-alone version.
