exporting edit index with markers included

The edit index window is great. I Have been able to export a .csv with "all" selected. Super useful for setting up a spreadsheet for VFX work. One problem though. It doesn't allow the timeline markers to be included. When I switch to "show markers" they come up and they can be exported but now "all" the other columns are not there.
Is there a way to get both "all" and "show markers" exported as one .csv ?

Push. Or is there any other option to get clip based meta data like Markers, Comments etc. from dailies projects back to a AAF conformed project? Even Comments that went to Avid via ALE are gone after AAF export/import. Maybe an EDL workflow could bring in Comments, but AAF is the more common exchange format in my case.
