Resolve 16.2 screen "glitch" bug

Anyone else have the problem where different elements of resolve will turn into what looks like a glitch effect. it seems like the pixels on my computer are all bugging out. it also wont let me put any more clips onto the timeline. it seemed like it might be a computer wide bug or virus but it only happens in resolve since I updated to 16.
