Sound drift out of sync in export file, following render.
Hi all
I am a bit of an amateur so apologise for any incorrect terminology.
The challenges I have is that normally I do landscape video with some audio. Recently was asked to turn a presentation in to a full video. The file I received turns out to be a video export from PowerPoint and it is 30.3fps.
Everything in resolve 16.2 looks fine and plays fine. Only when I render out the audio drifts out of sync. I'm pretty sure that it's the 0.3fps drift that's causing it. Now I can't get the file on 30fps or any other. I managed to get a .wmv @ 30fps but that's not compatable with resolve and when I reformat this file I get MP4 @30.3fps.
I managed to get a work around by playing the video and doing a screen recording at 25fps and that file exported fine. But the quality drops obviously. Also exported in wmv and format factory to convert back to mp4.
Has anyone else had this issue? Surely there has to be a quicker way I am missing? Using all free apps currently.
Thanks
Danny
