Wanna check in whether frame.io users experience similar issues and if there's a work around.

When trying to export a sequence either through quick export or the deliver page, frame.io doesn't always connect. Means I can't see my online drive/folders.
I normally have to restart Resolve to fix that problem, which is quite annoying.
Furthermore, when a collaborator adds a new folder while Resolve is still running, it won't show up either until relaunch.
Isn't there a refresh option?

I’ve been having the same problem. And using the same fix. Really annoying but does not happen that often so kinda decided to ignore the issue...

Same here. Signing out and sign in again from the preference seems to solve the problem for me. But it often happens and each time I have to to the same thing.

Also long clips (5minutes or more) do not load completely. At some point of the clip I get the media offline screen. This is still happening in 16.2.1

It happened a couple of time at the beginning, but it is ok for me...

Could you please replicate the issue and send us the logs?
