No and there hasn’t been for many years.
We support W10, MacOS and CentOS, 64bit.

If you're not using 64 bit Windows 10, that is the first thing you should fix.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

+1 for that.
Support for MS WIn7 has gone. No one in their right mind should be using Win8 (Win8.1 was better but even so....)

Also if you are going to do video processing it makes zero sense to use a 32 bit computer when 64bit systems are inexpensive and more efficient for this sort of thing. Also you need to get the right balance of CPU/GPU/RAM and SSD It does not have to be expensive. The Game$$$ machines that were top line 2 or 3 years ago are dirt cheap now.

Win10 support both 32 and 64 bit. I’ll set up my machine as 64-bit next time. Thanks for all the quick responses!

If you have 64 bit hardware why set the OS up for 32 bit in the fist place?

I hate to say it but the best option might be to back up everything and reinstall the OS and SW. OTOH if you are going to do much video editing then put together a PC specifically for that. It does make sense. but read the BMD Resolve configuration guide before you start. it is 60 odd pages on choosing or building a PC/MAc for editing.
