Yes, but the maximum load on the video card is 80%, and why aren't the remaining 20% used? Also, during the first playback of a transition, for example, it lags, and the second playback is normal and not in all transitions. Some transitions are not reproduced at all without caching, although the video card is loaded at that moment by a maximum of 40%. The processor loads up to 30% maximum. On my IPhone, in any editing program, all the transitions work without caching.
If the load on the computer was almost under 99%, then I understand that the matter is in hardware, and when there is almost no load, then questions arise.
