Slip edit no longer shows cross-fade

Hi all,

I've recently updated to Resolve 16.2.2 and I noticed when slipping an edit with a cross-dissolve on one end of the clip, the viewer preview ignores the cross-dissolve.

This was the old way in 16.1

This is what I'm experiencing now in 16.2.2

Any chance this has become an option hidden away in a menu somewhere disabled be default?

To my thinking, the current way is the correct way.

I understand this new way is the way most NLEs behave (at least the ones I've tried), but I can't see the old behaviour being less "correct". It was very useful to our editing workflow to help align different takes exactly. Each to their own.

Not sure if this is useful to anyone outside of our office, but the fusion cross-dissolve exhibits this old behaviour. You can use that for alignment and swap it out with a normal Resolve cross-dissolve if you need to tweak ease, etc.
