issue: timeline has become laggy

hi everyone
im facing an issue and i feel its related to the latest updates of davinci resolve 16

timeline has become laggy, if I select an objects in the time line, it takes like 5 seconds to select a text or move a piece of video. its waisting my time while editing. :oops: :oops:

although im using the highest specs on a laptop i9 9th gen CPU and invidia RTX 2060 GPU and 32Gb RAM

any insight??

its the inspector tab which is slowing down the selection ..anyone suffers the same problem ?
