That's unfortunate. One sort of log with totally corrupt data. It should contain not only log info but config info. The fact there is no config info means it's not surprising Resolve doesn't run.

The first 4:40 describes backing up various Resolve settings info. Based on the log you sent, I'm guessing there won't be any of that. But you can watch it if desired.
At the 4:40 mark starts the Clean Install directions. The only thing I would suggest to do differently, if you think you might have any project data you want to save, would instead of Trashing the folders he describes trashing, to instead rename them. It will have the same effect as trashing them, as far as a new install goes, but it will retain existing info, if there is any existing info, that you could then maybe copy back into the new install.
